The Technical Writer will analyze and improve complex subject matter, research and write easy-to-comprehend documentation, and manage projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing work, reconciling conflicting inputs with stakeholders, tracking progress in a defect management system, and validating technical content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to standards. The role involves designing, developing, and publishing various technical content formats, including product/UI text, API documentation, user guides, support articles, blogs, videos, and release notes, often by testing the software directly.
