Requirements

The candidate must have at least 4 years of technical writing experience, preferably in a security product environment. Responsibilities

The Technical Writer will create and maintain user-focused documentation, including product guides, developer docs, API references, onboarding flows, FAQs, and release notes. They will design and implement scalable information architecture for logical organization and intuitive navigation. Responsibilities include understanding and documenting for multiple user personas, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather technical details and ensure accuracy, and defining/enforcing content standards, voice, and style guidelines. The role also involves analyzing usage patterns and feedback to improve content, working with internal teams to evolve documentation tools and infrastructure, and contributing to the overall content strategy.
