Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, mass communication, computer science, or a related field, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of four years of experience in technical writing for software or SaaS-based products is required, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp, or similar, and basic experience with image editing tools like Snagit or Photoshop are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Technical Writer will develop clear, concise, and accurate user-centric documentation for AiDASH products and features, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand feature requirements and translate them into documentation. They will maintain and regularly update documentation to reflect product changes, customer feedback, and support insights, ensuring consistency with AiDASH’s Writing Style Guide and content standards. Furthermore, the Technical Writer will contribute to content strategy for user onboarding and product adoption through online help, tooltips, walkthroughs, and in-app guidance, and collaborate with Product and Design teams to provide microcopy for AiDASH products.
