Responsibilities

The Technical Team Lead will provide hands-on leadership by actively participating in technical decisions, ensuring adherence to best practices, SOLID principles, and high-quality engineering standards. They will drive the use of .NET Core, Azure services, and Clean Architecture to build scalable, maintainable, and efficient systems, while taking complete ownership of projects to guarantee timely and successful delivery with a focus on operational excellence. The role involves championing the adoption of unit testing, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable solutions, collaborating closely with senior engineers to design and implement cutting-edge technical solutions, and developing team members through mentoring and coaching to enhance their technical skills. Additionally, the Technical Team Lead will instill and enforce best practices, including coding standards and peer reviews, partner with product teams to define and execute strategic roadmaps, monitor and manage production systems, and ensure reliability, scalability, and efficient operations.
