Support Team Lead

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in technical support lead roles, including at least 3+ years in a seniority position. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills are required, alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. Experience with support ticketing systems and reporting tools is also necessary, and familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks is considered a plus.
As a Technical Support Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of technical support specialists, providing guidance and performance evaluations. You will serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution, and developing best practices for support processes and workflows to improve customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will monitor support ticket volumes and trends, ensuring appropriate staffing and resource allocation, provide training and mentorship to team members, and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration.
