Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Typically No Relevant Experience Required
Experience providing technical support to end users on various devices, operating systems and peripherals (preferred)
Experience in an Enterprise IT group (preferred)
Responsibilities
Manage incoming request queues for service via ITSM system
Resolve issues and prioritize work based on severity within agreed service levels
Assist with maintaining functionality and efficiency of computer and user objects in Active Directory (e.g., unlock team member accounts)
Prepare desktops and laptops by imaging devices for deployment, test for proper operation, and ensure seamless interconnection with servers
Set-up and configure appropriate hardware and software for new team members
Respond to technical issues including desktop/laptop hardware, peripheral equipment, operating systems, installed software, and begin servicing mobile devices
Deliver replacement equipment
Update Asset Management systems with computer hardware and user details
Identify hardware part numbers and search/compare pricing options to assist in procurement
