Job Description: Software Technical Support (Remote)

Position Overview

Experian is seeking a motivated individual to provide remote, software technical support for Experian EDQ clients. Our solutions encompass data cleansing, validation, enrichment, and profiling. The successful candidate will promptly assist clients in resolving issues through various channels, including email, phone, and ticketing systems, by diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems related to API, data processing, and application functionality.


Responsibilities

  • Provide remote, software technical support for Experian EDQ clients.
  • Promptly help solve clients' issues through multiple channels (email, phone, ticketing systems).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to API, data processing, and application functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product development, Level 2 and Level 3 engineering, account management) to resolve complex technical issues and escalate as needed.
  • Document customer interactions, including troubleshooting steps, solutions provided, action owners, and follow-up plans.
  • Contribute to creating knowledge base articles using the Knowledge Centered Service methodology.
  • Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends in data quality management and API technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 Years of Desktop Support, Help-Desk, or IT-related support.
  • Education: BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Windows Server/Linux environment.
    • Proficient in CLI.
    • Knowledge of basic networking concepts.
    • Knowledge of remote desktop technologies.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar ticketing systems.
  • Language: English Level B2.

Schedule

  • Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • Days Off: Sunday & Monday
