Responsibilities

The Technical Recruiting Contractor will be responsible for filling two Staff or Senior Software Engineer positions within 90 days, focusing on candidates with 8+ years of experience and a Ruby/backend focus. This role includes sourcing senior-level engineers capable of architecting scalable healthcare technology solutions, building a pipeline of engineering talent for future needs, and tracking candidates through the existing interview process using the Lever ATS. The contractor will assess candidates' experience with Ruby, backend systems, cross-functional leadership, and interest in healthcare technology, identifying individuals passionate about healthcare innovation and making a meaningful impact.
