Responsibilities
As a Technical Recruiter Intern, you will assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate interview schedules, maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system, support job postings, participate in recruitment projects, and provide administrative support to the HR team. You will also assist in the onboarding process for new hires and other onboarding activities.
