Requirements

  • 3–5 years of recruiting experience (preferably in high-growth tech, aerospace, or engineering-heavy environments)
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical or hard-to-fill roles
  • Strong command of modern recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or equivalent ATS)
  • Previous experience recruiting in ITAR or other highly regulated industries
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, scaling company
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
  • Bonus: Experience recruiting in RF engineering, embedded systems, software engineering, or aerospace hardware

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles, with emphasis on sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create effective sourcing strategies, and maintain structured interview processes
  • Source candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and creative channels; maintain strong engagement through the interview lifecycle
  • Utilize the Ashby ATS to manage candidate flow, ensure data integrity, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Drive pipeline volume and throughput consistently while maintaining a high rate of success on interview pass through and offer acceptance
