Technical Project Manager (JIRA Specialist)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our global team, focusing on the delivery of a groundbreaking immersive media platform. This role will initially concentrate on establishing and managing JIRA across multiple product teams, fostering a consistent and efficient approach to delivery tracking. You will collaborate closely with Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, designers, and developers to ensure team alignment, process clarity, and rapid blocker resolution. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure JIRA boards, workflows, and issue types to meet diverse product team needs.
• Maintain and evolve JIRA to enhance visibility, clarity, and efficiency for delivery teams and clients.
• Support teams with daily JIRA usage, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reporting.
• Standardize processes and documentation to facilitate scalable delivery across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design, operations) to maintain priority alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and flagging risks, blockers, or dependencies.
• Assist in onboarding new team members to tools and delivery processes.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• Essential: Proven experience working with JIRA, including board setup and configuration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation and planning.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (e.g., sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Background in digital product development or creative tech.
• Beneficial: Knowledge of the Business Analyst (BA) role.
