Create and manage detailed project plans, identify risks, develop resolutions, and ensure team accountability
Collaborate with Senior Manager – Ecommerce and Digital on digital roadmap and AOP objectives
Manage and develop direct reports, providing feedback and resources for growth
Prepare and maintain documentation including technical specifications, workflows, and project tracking
Contribute to process improvement, innovation, and performance optimization
Champion Disney culture, promote collaboration, and engage with other Disney units
