Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Electro medical Engineering, preferably Bachelor degree level
  • Preferably have Professional License as Electromedics (STR-E)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field in Medical Devices company
  • Technical Competencies: Training Management - Ability to plan, conduct and document a training need assessment
  • Technical Competencies: Engineering Technical Skill - Possession of a designated level of technical engineering skill or knowledge and the ability to keep up with current developments and trends in areas of expertise; Knowledge of program procedures, methods
  • Solid understanding of technical aspects related to dialysis machines and water treatment systems, including integration, infrastructure, and performance standards

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering project scope, schedule, resource allocation, and key milestones, particularly for hospital water treatment system installations
  • Ensure project execution aligns with the approved plan while anticipating and managing potential risks or changes in business or technical requirements
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables
  • Communicate project status, risks, and escalations clearly and in a structured manner
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of technical aspects related to both dialysis machines and water treatment systems, including integration, infrastructure, and performance standards
  • Act as a bridge between business, service, and technical teams to ensure operational needs are translated into effective technical solutions
  • Provide regular project updates and technical assistance to Field Service Engineers, supporting troubleshooting and problem resolution for water treatment systems and dialysis machines
  • Ensure all project and maintenance outcomes meet defined quality standards and customer requirements
  • Lead testing, validation, deployment, and transition processes to ensure reliable system operation
  • Monitor performance of installed systems and initiate corrective actions when necessary
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for dialysis machines across assigned hospitals
  • Ensure service activities are performed according to manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, service reports, and calibration documentation
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime of critical medical equipment
  • Identify recurring issues and propose improvement or training needs to enhance service quality and equipment reliability
  • Coordinate with Field Service Engineers to provide timely updates and technical assistance for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to water treatment systems
  • Support the sales team by providing technical advice and solutions related to customer tender requirements
  • Perform other related duties or projects as assigned by the direct superior to support departmental and organizational objectives
  • Obey the health and safety guideline as per guided by Crisis Management team when doing his/her job inside or outside the organization
  • Obey the Fresenius Medical Care Compliance and Company Regulation
