Responsibilities

Own delivery for one or more teams within a platform area, facilitating agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and coaching on SDLC best practices
Understand the scope of technical programs as defined by product, business requirements, and budget; actively participate in planning program milestones and drive alignment
Use knowledge of technical areas to research, plan, communicate, and achieve objectives through program/project teams
Work with senior staff to identify and obtain participation from cross-functional core team members, including matrixed project managers; oversee team in planning, tracking, and executing project plans
Maintain program plans and records; identify and schedule all work required, including critical path tasks
Drive development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria; ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders and delivery teams
Recommend changes to improve engineering processes and alleviate inaccuracies or duplication
Identify, analyze, track, and manage risks and issues with senior staff and core team
Track and manage program schedule and task details; ensure plan review, approval, and adjustments; document major changes in scope, approach, and delivery dates
Communicate updates on major milestones, progress, and issues to stakeholders; manage proposed changes to program parameters
Serve as liaison with Divisional and Regional market resources to prepare for deployment
Monitor quality of program deliverables; ensure objectives and success criteria are achieved
Assist in developing and monitoring deployment strategies and tools for field implementation through trials and controlled customer deployments
Deliver on commitments while demonstrating a high level of performance
