Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Support technical program planning activities and milestone tracking under guidance from experienced team members
  • Assist with research and documentation tasks to help achieve program objectives using established processes
  • Contribute to cross-functional team collaboration by gathering and organizing program-related information
  • Follow project plans and technical specifications while completing assigned program tasks with supervision
  • Maintain basic program records and help identify critical path items using standard tracking tools
  • Participate in the development of program goals by providing input and following established frameworks
  • Learn engineering processes and help document opportunities for improving program efficiency
  • Support schedule management by tracking assigned tasks and reporting progress to program leadership
  • Support a single team’s delivery execution under guidance
  • Track progress and surface blockers to senior EDMs
  • Assist in scheduling and documenting agile ceremonies
  • Learn and apply FreeWheel’s SDLC practices
  • Help maintain Jira boards and sprint plans
  • Track team availability and flag inconsistencies
  • Observe team workflows and suggest minor improvements
  • Participate in retrospectives and document action items
  • Share basic status updates with internal team
  • Escalate issues to senior team members as needed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
