Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6 years of professional work experience
A minimum of 3 years of work experience with project management & leadership skills
Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with three days per week on-site in the GE HealthCare Arlington Heights, IL office
Willingness to consistently work flexible hours to accommodate needs of global customers and colleagues
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work full time without sponsorship at time of hire

Responsibilities

Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of upgrade projects for existing systems
Lead & execute root cause analysis on complaints / investigations, partner with technical and cross functional teams to ensure their tasks are completed as required and in timely manner
Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality management standards, regulatory compliance and customer-specific requirements
Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the execution
Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
Monitor installed base performance, actively manage program & performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvements and/or cost efficiencies
Support product lifecycle management by coordinating upgrades, handling complaints and provide timely patches / support to customers
Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level
Ensure lessons learned are collected and shared to improve efficiencies
