Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with a minimum of 6 years of professional work experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience with project management & leadership skills
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with three days per week on-site in the GE HealthCare Arlington Heights, IL office
  • Willingness to consistently work flexible hours to accommodate needs of global customers and colleagues
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work full time without sponsorship at time of hire

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of upgrade projects for existing systems
  • Lead & execute root cause analysis on complaints / investigations, partner with technical and cross functional teams to ensure their tasks are completed as required and in timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality management standards, regulatory compliance and customer-specific requirements
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools
  • Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the execution
  • Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting
  • Monitor installed base performance, actively manage program & performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvements and/or cost efficiencies
  • Support product lifecycle management by coordinating upgrades, handling complaints and provide timely patches / support to customers
  • Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations
  • Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level
  • Ensure lessons learned are collected and shared to improve efficiencies
