Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with client executives and technology stakeholders, partnering with product and engineering teams to align priorities
Serve as escalation point for client concerns, ensuring technical challenges and product requirements are effectively managed
Define success criteria and governance for the technical pillar of the program
Own the Kraken platform localisation plan to meet client expectations while matching Kraken roadmap
Summarise and articulate client needs, considerations, timelines internally for successful execution of platform localisation and development
Direct internal Kraken software developers and potential external partners on tech platform deliverables for successful migration
Support client in meeting business needs via tech delivery
Understand Kraken infrastructure, align client direction with overall platform and business goals
Set up training programs to upskill client's technical team
Advocate for Kraken's tech delivery approach and support client in shifting mindset around tech delivery
Oversee the migration’s technical pillar and manage ongoing technical relationship for client's adoption of Kraken platform
