Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the Visa Direct product vision in alignment with Visa’s digital transformation strategy
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and use cases for Visa Direct, ensuring solutions are competitive, compliant, and scalable
  • Collaborate with regional product and sales teams to drive global adoption and market penetration
  • Lead discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to understand pain points, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints
  • Define product requirements, including functional, non-functional, and compliance needs
  • Develop high-level product architecture and user flows in collaboration with Technology and Architecture teams
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
  • Partner with engineering to deliver features via Agile methodologies (SAFe or Scrum)
  • Facilitate grooming sessions, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
  • Oversee user acceptance testing, go-to-market readiness, and post-launch performance tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (sales, operations, risk, compliance, marketing) and external clients
  • Deliver clear, impactful communications to audiences ranging from developers to executives
  • Represent Visa Direct in client conversations, industry events, and cross-functional working groups
  • Ensure Visa Direct solutions meet Visa’s performance, scalability, and security standards
  • Monitor KPIs and OKRs to measure adoption, revenue impact, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, customer feedback, and market insights
