Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, computer systems, mathematics or related fields
  • 3+ years’ experience with several Data Engineering and/or Data Management technologies in the following categories: Languages: SQL (essential), Python, Pyspark, Scala, Java
  • 1+ year experience with Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Platforms, Business Data Analysis, Enterprise Agile Delivery, Microsoft Azure Batch Artificial Intelligence, SRE Observability
  • Strong leadership, initiative, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Hybrid role requiring on-site presence in the designated office 3 days/week

Responsibilities

  • Drive the vision for the product, acting as the voice of the customer and applying a human-centered design approach
  • Shape and manage the product roadmap and product backlog, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities
  • Validate and test ideas through continuous feedback loops, enabling timely direction changes based on knowledge discovery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and alignment on product goals
  • Support Incident ticket management and Service Level Agreements with the Product Team
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and stakeholder feedback
  • Continuously analyze market trends and customer insights to refine product features
  • Lead prioritization of backlog items based on business value and customer impact
  • Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team
  • Provide solutions to problems impacting your immediate team and across multiple teams
