The Technical Operations Specialist will create and maintain client-facing flows and internal documentation, manage and manipulate large datasets using internal and external tools, respond quickly to Commercial team requests with data and documentation support, prepare data files to meet specific formats and quality standards, generate actionable reports, summaries, and dashboards, assist Service Managers with operational tasks and project follow-ups, and proactively support the Internal Service Managers, Commercial, Operations, and Content teams.
