Required skills include understanding of 4G/5G network architecture, familiarity with 3GPP RAN and O-RAN specs, development experience on Cellular Radio products for LTE and NR, knowledge of RAN protocols like FAPI, F1, S1, E1 and AS layers (PHY, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC), strong C/C++ programming and Linux OS, plus debugging skills with tools like GDB, QXDM.
The role involves designing, developing, and unit testing 5G modules in Layer2 (RLC/MAC/PDCP) and Layer3 (RRC/RRM).
Strong candidates will have hands-on development and debugging experience in 5G/LTE Cellular Radio products, expertise in C/C++ on Linux, deep knowledge of 3GPP RAN protocols and interfaces, plus log analysis skills; Git experience is a plus.
