Requirements

  • Two to three (3-5) years of IT Infrastructure field support experience
  • Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, printers, Windows-based tablets, laptops, and other computer peripherals
  • Ability to follow installation instructions for desktop applications
  • Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, and VPN setups and concepts
  • Ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
  • Experience with Anti-spyware, Anti-virus software, SCCM & Device Encryption applications
  • Knowledge and work experience on Video conferencing and mobile device management/configuring (Android/iOS)
  • Good written and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues, and problems
  • Fixing issues without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance
  • Performing desk-side support and PC break/fix
  • Basic administration of Windows OS
  • Smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites
  • Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware
  • Troubleshooting issues with systems and networks using deductive reasoning
  • Providing support to customers and management
