Requirements

Two to three (3-5) years of IT Infrastructure field support experience
Hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, printers, Windows-based tablets, laptops, and other computer peripherals
Ability to follow installation instructions for desktop applications
Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, and VPN setups and concepts
Ability to lift/move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
Experience with Anti-spyware, Anti-virus software, SCCM & Device Encryption applications
Knowledge and work experience on Video conferencing and mobile device management/configuring (Android/iOS)
Good written and oral communication skills
Good people skills
Adherence to workplace health and safety policy
Adherence to workplace access control standards
Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues, and problems
Fixing issues without impacting hardware warranty or customer security compliance
Performing desk-side support and PC break/fix
Basic administration of Windows OS
Smart hand activity under instruction-based activities at sites
Smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware
Troubleshooting issues with systems and networks using deductive reasoning
Providing support to customers and management
