The role requires two to three (3-5) years providing IT Infrastructure field support, with hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and fixing desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
This is an onsite position located at San Alberto 406 Col Residencial Santa Barbara San Pedro Garza Garcia Nuevo León, Monterey, with all engineers adhering to workplace health and safety policy and access control standards.
Key skills include troubleshooting hardware/software/OS issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals; basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/VPN; experience with Windows OS administration, anti-virus/spyware, SCCM, device encryption, and smart hands support for networking hardware.
Candidates must be able to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, and perform smart hand activities onsite.
Strong candidates have good written and oral communication skills with customers and management, good people skills, ability to work with deadlines, and knowledge of video conferencing and mobile device management for Android/iOS; no afterhours support is required.
