Requirements

Candidates must possess at least twelve years of professional software development experience, with increasing levels of responsibility, and hold either a Bachelor’s degree or ten years’ experience with a Master’s degree. They must also have at least one of the following certifications: IAT-II or higher, CySA+, CCNA - Security, CND, or Security+ CE.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Technical Developer, the candidate will guide and mentor developers, providing technical direction and resolving complex coding challenges, while fostering a collaborative environment for high-quality software delivery. They will lead efforts to design, test, and deploy software updates, ensure adherence to cybersecurity compliance requirements aligned with IAT-II standards, implement a stakeholder engagement strategy, administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps Platform, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle databases, and associated integrations, write and optimize complex SQL queries, troubleshoot database performance issues, develop web applications using various IDEs and frameworks, design and implement GIS-integrated features, utilize UI toolkits, manage source code repositories, and participate in Agile/Scrum development teams.
