Requirements

Candidates must possess a current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and have at least 2 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals. Preferred qualifications include relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations or any ServiceNow Implementation certification. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult is also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Consultant will act as the functional and technical expert for customer engagements, configuring the ServiceNow Security Operations products according to best practices to accelerate customer business outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting Security Operation specific process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis through workshops, advising customers on leveraging the ServiceNow Security Operation Solution's standard capabilities, and leading customer design workshops. The role involves guiding customers in completing technical documentation, drafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and developing integration and portal components. Additionally, the consultant will lead technical aspects of project delivery, develop customer-facing deliverables, manage multiple complex projects, promote continuous improvement, and potentially support sales activities and provide training. Up to 50% travel is expected.
