Requirements

  • Recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or another related field
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with an ability to analyze and present data effectively
  • Driving license
  • Good communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and scheduling of surgeries using internal tools
  • Maintain a good understanding of all products to assist in accurate surgical support and proper booking
  • Assist senior colleagues during training sessions for surgeons and nurses on the use of Medtronic medical devices
  • Provide logistical and organizational support during congresses and training courses
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide essential support during surgical procedures, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient outcomes
  • Assist senior colleagues in maintaining effective communication with surgeons and healthcare professionals, contributing to strong professional relationships
