Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in frontend development, technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a related role. Experience with Vercel, React, and modern web performance best practices is required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and drive customer adoption of best practices. Bonus points for experience with Vercel Enterprise, Next.js, web performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, large-scale frontend applications, incident management, and working in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

The Technical Consultant will provide strategic technical guidance and expertise to Enterprise customers, ensuring they adopt Vercel-first solutions and best practices for building high-performance, scalable web applications. Responsibilities include executing technical success initiatives, proactively identifying customer challenges, driving adoption and optimization, influencing customer decisions, and ensuring long-term success on the Vercel platform. They will also collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align technical strategy with business objectives and partner with Product and Engineering to remove blockers and provide feedback to enhance the Vercel platform.
