Requirements

8+ years of experience with Workday Data Conversion
8+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
6+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, or Financials domain experience
Sr Principal Technical Consultant (P6) or higher experience
Experience working within or with customers, preferably in the Federal Government, State & Local Government or other relevant industries
Active Workday Implementer Certification or Workday PRO Certification
Participation in minimum 3 full life cycle software implementations
Experience taking a leadership role within a software, system, or application implementation
Advanced skills with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, Microsoft Excel, stored procedures or other data tooling
Advanced skills with Workday data conversion technologies such as iLoad, EIB, Advanced Load

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy customer technical requirements for Workday implementation
Collaborate with client project teams to integrate Workday with adjacent systems
Develop and implement migration plans for data from existing customer systems to Workday
Design and implement reporting and analytic solutions to meet customer needs
Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Workday implementation
Participate in minimum 3 full life cycle software implementations
Provide technical guidance and support to clients
Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Workday data conversion technologies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Workday implementation and technical consulting
