Requirements

Architectural technology Diploma, engineering technology diploma, related academic courses or equivalent work experience
Experience with fenestration products, glazing, architectural panels, roofing, or the entire building envelope an asset
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
Proficient in AutoCAD, Inventor, MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Highly motivated with strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Conduct reviews for new or existing products to be integrated to Flynn system / projects
Review of product drawings and technical documentation
Assist in conducting product testing and evaluation
Review product quality assurance and quality control process related to the product
Conduct market and competitor research
Collaborate with research and development team to conduct prove outs
Generate product review report, technical specifications, and product manual
Coordinate with product vendors / supplier
General administrative tasks and attend meetings as required
