Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degrees and those with non-traditional but similar proven experience may also apply)
  • 5+ years of technology transformation consulting experience

Responsibilities

  • Participate as a lead architect in professional services engagements such as customized customer onboarding, statements of work, and other customer enablement activities
  • Lead business requirements sessions
  • Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations
  • Conduct recipe reviews
  • Advise on unit testing best practices
  • Advise on integration testing and user acceptance testing best practices
  • Conduct production readiness assessments
  • Advise on production deployment procedures
  • Conduct post-live deployment health checks and guidance on recipe and process optimizations
  • Provide thorough knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams
  • Apply and advise on frameworks, such as Workato’s GEARS and Workato’s Embedded Product Guide, to align with customer organizations
  • Be a Workato evangelist with the ability to discover and demonstrate how Workato can effectively help companies with their business automation needs across a broad set of industries through professional services engagements
  • Become the trusted technical advisor to customers and partners from an overall solution, architecture, and implementation perspective for the Workato platform
  • Contribute to the growth of our professional services department by creating or enhancing content such as presentations, demos, white papers, best practices, architecture patterns, and online courses for use by both customers and to enable our extended team
  • Lead, mentor, and train team members from the extended pre-sales and post-sales teams to enable them with content and knowledge
  • Develop content to coach our partner ecosystem on Workato delivery best practices
