Requirements

Candidates should possess 7-10+ years of technical consulting and Salesforce architecture experience, along with 3-5+ years of experience working directly with Salesforce partners or consulting firms. They must have hands-on experience with various Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and Manufacturing Cloud, and strong experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Salesforce configuration and system design, and API integration and data modeling. Demonstrated ability to govern and guide multi-cloud delivery projects is also required, as is the ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

Responsibilities

As the Technical Architect, the individual will lead and define end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds, translate complex business needs into scalable and integrated Salesforce solutions, support technical design and decision-making for all integrations and development, collaborate with stakeholders during various phases of the project, oversee technical execution, review and assign development tasks, serve as a technical mentor to team members, ensure technical deliverables align with client expectations and internal standards, proactively flag risks and technical issues, and offer solutions while escalating when necessary.
