Responsibilities

  • Perform operational tasks under the guidance of senior analysts or directors
  • Configure new study setups using the EXPClario database
  • Conduct quality checks on study configurations, web content, reports, and contact data
  • Manage user accounts, privileges, and assignments
  • Attend planning meetings to gather study startup requirements
  • Maintain administrative databases and ensure accurate data entry
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to update portal content
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned project tasks within scope
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Follow up on issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Apply departmental SOPs and standard work instructions
  • Contribute to tool development and process improvements
  • Share product knowledge with sales and support teams
  • Assist in client training and presentation delivery
