Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of technical field experience, with at least 5 years in data center-related technologies supporting AI such as storage, networking, or accelerated computing, is required. Training delivery experience is also necessary. Proficiency in delivering technical training and presentations, crafting and implementing accelerated computing solutions, and strong English communication, interpersonal, and writing skills are essential. Familiarity with tools like SLURM, Kubernetes, Docker containers, Git, Python, CUDA, RAPIDS, and cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is critical. The ability to work multi-functionally across different levels of a matrixed organization is also required. Experience in delivering and developing in-depth training for technical selling audiences, experience in optimizing workloads with GPU (like CUDA, CuDNN and TensorRT), and a Master's degree in a relevant field are preferred. Multilingual abilities, particularly German or French, are a plus.
The Technical AI Instructor will lead the delivery and creation of technical content supporting NVIDIA's channel partners, focusing on AI data center workloads and technologies. Responsibilities include developing and delivering technical training workshops for the EMEA Channel community, partnering with internal teams to ensure partner field technical teams have the necessary skills to position, recommend, and implement NVIDIA AI solutions. This involves conducting face-to-face and remote training sessions with up to 75% travel, supporting the development of training materials based on NVIDIA's AI and data center technologies, and collaborating with SMEs to draft course proposals and integrate key solution features into project-based learning. The role also includes training internal and external team members, building engaging lab-based training with diagrams, videos, and hands-on exercises, and supporting the development of instructor delivery notes, certification criteria, and assessment materials.
