Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote and grow Toro products and programs across the region
  • Maintain strong relationships with golf courses, distributors, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the delivery of customized solutions, advanced training, and certification programs
  • Facilitate the introduction and adoption of new Toro technologies and innovation, including beta testing and feedback collection
  • Coordinate with internal teams and distributors to ensure timely delivery of equipment, parts, and services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing customer needs
  • Conduct regular review meetings to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Toro sales teams and distributors to identify potential sales and training improvements
  • Work with the Product Support & Training Manager - APAC to develop and update training materials for programs and coordinate and oversee the delivery of Toro-led training sessions both on-site and remotely
  • Coordinate enhanced tournament support where approved, including equipment provision and on-site technical expertise
  • Work with distributors and Toro teams to ensure seamless execution of event support services
  • Actively drive and facilitate the resolution of product quality complaints to negate negative market perceptions and minimize sales disruption
  • Strengthen cooperation with TAC and Commercial Warranty US teams to streamline decision-making on open TAC cases and policy exception requests
  • Coordinate and support resolving non-Toro engine warranty claims directly with OEM manufacturers as required
  • Monitor distributor compliance with Toro warranty guidelines and work with the Business Intelligence Analyst – APAC to address identified anomalies
  • Assist in evaluating the quality of distributor customer service, the capability of service personnel and the service level provided to end-users
