Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in solution consulting, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on client-facing roles is required. Experience with SaaS, cloud, and web application design, as well as knowledge of software development, integration technologies, and system architecture, is essential. Analytical skills for gathering and summarizing requirements from diverse stakeholders are needed, along with experience in SDLC and Agile project management methodologies and tools. Prior consulting practice creation or leadership experience is also desired, and experience in credit services, banking/financial services, insurance, decision analytics, or consumer services is a plus.
The Technical Account Manager will design and oversee the architecture of top-tier solutions that meet client goals and comply with industry standards, ensuring they are both functional and scalable. They will provide advice on system integrations, guaranteeing smooth interoperability with clients' existing systems. The role involves conducting comprehensive interviews and workshops with clients to gather, document, and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements. The Technical Account Manager will collaborate with internal and external teams, including sales, marketing, product, engineering, and client/professional services, to ensure projects are delivered and meet client expectations. They will serve as a key liaison with the client throughout the project lifecycle, staying up-to-date with industry trends and sharing insights to help clients maintain a competitive edge.
