Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital media/programmatic with proven capability across DV360 (CM360 a plus) and familiarity with SSPs and PMP deals
  • Practical grasp of the Google stack and how the components connect; able to troubleshoot in-platform when required while keeping the work consulting-led
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
  • Experience mobilising specialists and keeping multi-stream delivery aligned across locations
  • Proactive, resourceful, always learning, innovative, independent, supportive, and a clear communicator

Responsibilities

  • Lead programmatic delivery and optimisation across DV360, ensuring campaigns perform to a high standard and issues are resolved quickly and credibly
  • Advise on supply-side strategy — SSP selection, PMP structuring, and inventory/yield optimisation — and drive adoption with clients
  • Translate technical detail into clear, commercial recommendations that influence senior decision-makers
  • Mentor a junior specialist and align cross-functional consultants (search, social, analytics) to keep delivery on track
  • Navigate the agency, publisher and client landscape confidently across Melbourne and Sydney — partnering in ways that add value beyond execution
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement — refining processes and contributing to consulting products that keep the practice ahead of the market
  • (Nice-to-have) Contribute to audience projects such as audience strategy and migration where relevant
