Responsibilities

The Technical Account Manager II will ensure game development partners have an optimal experience on PlayStation platforms by representing technical aspects, advocating for partners, and influencing development decisions. This role involves leading partner relationships, collaborating globally to ensure service consistency, and bridging technical and business aspects by partnering with internal engineering and business teams. Responsibilities include meeting regularly with accounts to identify risks and support needs, building long-term relationships with technical decision-makers, maintaining ownership of accounts and titles, collecting and championing partner feedback, recommending standard methodologies, and providing onsite support and training. The role also entails contributing to training events, postmortems, and advisory panels.
