Requirements

Experience working in an agile software delivery environment, with experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery, and source control tools
Strong technical leadership experience in leading and mentoring scrum teams focused on building software solutions for enterprise applications, with multi-functional responsibilities such as engineering, quality, and release implementation
Strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions with partners across technology, business, and architecture
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to guide, encourage, and motivate engineers, advocating and achieving engineering excellence across a global team
Experience being the go-to authority on the codebase, able to make technical decisions, review complex pull requests, and ensure technical consistency across the product
Experience leading by example in technical discussions, driving clarity and alignment, articulating trade-offs, defending design choices, and guiding teams toward scalable, maintainable solutions
Extensive experience with Full Stack development
Extensive experience with Java and at least one other language
Extensive experience with front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks
Extensive experience with AWS or Azure
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake
Experience working with pipeline and automation tools with a focus on quality through analysis with tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Bonus Skills
Experience working with software architecture, patterns, and standards
Experience using DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot or Gemini Q

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor scrum teams in building software solutions for enterprise applications
Drive and participate in meaningful discussions with partners across technology, business, and architecture
Coach and mentor engineers to advocate and achieve engineering excellence across the product space for a global team
