Requirements

  • Experience working in an agile software delivery environment, with experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery, and source control tools
  • Strong technical leadership experience in leading and mentoring scrum teams focused on building software solutions for enterprise applications, with multi-functional responsibilities such as engineering, quality, and release implementation
  • Strong communication skills and technical expertise to drive and participate in meaningful discussions with partners across technology, business, and architecture
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills to guide, encourage, and motivate engineers, advocating and achieving engineering excellence across a global team
  • Experience being the go-to authority on the codebase, able to make technical decisions, review complex pull requests, and ensure technical consistency across the product
  • Experience leading by example in technical discussions, driving clarity and alignment, articulating trade-offs, defending design choices, and guiding teams toward scalable, maintainable solutions
  • Extensive experience with Full Stack development
  • Extensive experience with Java and at least one other language
  • Extensive experience with front-end development using Angular or similar frameworks
  • Extensive experience with AWS or Azure
  • Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake
  • Experience working with pipeline and automation tools with a focus on quality through analysis with tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions

  • Experience working with software architecture, patterns, and standards
  • Experience using DevAssist tools such as GitHub Copilot or Gemini Q

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor scrum teams in building software solutions for enterprise applications
