Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (Must Have skill)
15 years full time education
Good to have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Employee Central
Strong understanding of learning management systems and their integration with other HR systems
Experience in designing and implementing training programs and learning paths
Ability to analyze data and generate reports to measure training effectiveness
Deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills
