Responsibilities

Verantwortlich für das Instore-Lager (ca. 200 qm), dessen Organisation und reibungslose Abläufe gemeinsam mit einem bis zu 15-köpfigen Team
Beitrag zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg des Stores und dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung als Teil des Store Management Teams
Sicherstellung der optimalen Warenversorgung der Verkaufsfläche
Durchführung von Bestellungen und Inventuren
Überwachung der Lagerbestände sowie Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und Verhaltensregeln
Aufbau einer effizienten Grundstruktur des Instore-Lagers
Anpassung der Lagerplanung an die Saisonplanung
Umsetzung transparenter, authentischer und mitarbeiterorientierter Führung gemäß Zalando-Werten
Verantwortung für 360° Personalthemen: Mitarbeiterinneneinstellung, kennzahlenbasierte Einsatzplanung, Ausbildung und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiterinnen
