Responsibilities

  • Execute procedures and tasks required for medical device production, including material receipt and preparation, manufacturing processes, product testing and inspection, among others
  • Comply with certification and training requirements for the assigned production area
  • Comply with safety standards for tasks performed
  • Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of ABBOTT's Quality System, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements including GMPs, GDPs, line cleaning
  • Execute production tasks in the assigned area according to production procedures and meet defined productivity requirements
  • Comply with inspection requirements, as applicable, according to trained procedures
  • Repair non-conforming products according to established specifications
  • Execute and report activities in their area, being accountable for quality, time, reliability, and performance of services and information generated, attending to internal/external customer needs
  • Comply with documentation and traceability requirements for assigned production processes
  • Support and/or execute training and certification processes for personnel according to established procedures in area operations
