Requirements

Primary education completed (Primaria Completa)
Preferably with experience in manufacturing processes (not mandatory)
Ability to perform the processes for which they will be hired
Ability to read, understand, and execute procedures
Currently pursuing secondary education studies (Cursando estudios de educación secundaria)
Demonstrate knowledge and ability to comply with GMP’s, GDP’s, line cleaning, and other related standards

Responsibilities

Comply with certification and training requirements for the assigned production area
Comply with safety standards for the tasks performed
Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of ABBOTT's Quality System, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements including GMP’s, GDP’s, and line cleaning
Execute production tasks in the assigned area according to production procedures and meet defined productivity requirements
Comply with inspection requirements, as applicable, according to trained procedures
Repair non-conforming products according to established specifications
Execute and report activities in their area, being accountable for the quality, time, reliability, and performance of services and information generated, attending to the needs of internal/external customers
Comply with documentation and traceability requirements for assigned production processes
Support and/or execute training and certification processes for personnel according to established procedures in their area operations
Execute procedures and tasks required for medical device production, including material receipt and preparation, manufacturing processes, product testing and inspection, among other activities
