Requirements

Responsibilities

The Team Manager will also act as the primary point of contact for escalated financial crime issues, providing expert guidance and ensuring timely resolution. Additionally, they are responsible for addressing team member queries, providing training, fostering a positive work environment, overseeing the processing of financial crime alerts, conducting quality checks, identifying process improvements, and managing financial crime-related incidents.
