Responsibilities

  • Performance management and development of the team through regular 1-1s and portfolio reviews
  • Achieving direct team’s targets by daily management of Key Performance Indicators
  • Monitoring submissions for failures and rejections, and taking immediate corrective actions
  • Leading the e-invoicing dispute management process for rejected invoices to ensure timely action on disputed documents
  • Collaborating closely with Customer Service managers and IT teams to drive resolution of e-billing issues
  • Providing support in identifying key triggers for E-invoices failures by analysing systems and customers’ setup
  • Communicating assertively with internal teams and clients to capture vital details and documents for invoice corrections
  • Leading all aspects of the resubmission of corrected documents to customers
  • Collaborating optimally with Internal and External Audit teams to facilitate testing procedures
  • Driving a culture of continuous process improvements to create lean processes and standardization
  • Undertaking other projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with company policies, internal controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements

  • Achieving E-Billing targets, including rejections rework, minimizing disputed invoices, reducing cash flow impact of undelivered invoices, and adhering to SLAs on E-Invoices failures/rejections handling
