Requirements

Candidates must possess over 3 years of team and project leadership experience, coupled with more than 10 years of software engineering experience, including significant time working in international teams. Essential technical skills include senior-level knowledge of the .NET platform and C# language, experience with building and maintaining cloud platforms, and practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a 'Getting Things Done' attitude are also required, while hands-on experience with AWS, multi-tenant architecture, and microelectronics domain knowledge are considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Team Leader will lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers working on the Altium 365 product suite, improving cloud platform capabilities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product teams on building requirements, ensuring technical feasibility, and supervising the design of developed features. The role also involves writing and reviewing code, providing constructive feedback to team members, identifying and advocating for solutions to technical and organizational obstacles, and fostering an ownership culture with knowledge-sharing among the team.
