Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, ideally in Salesforce environment and/or with full-stack experience
Initial leadership experience, e.g., as Team Lead, project management, or responsibility for 1–2 employees
Solid knowledge in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and good SQL skills
Experience with Salesforce or willingness to quickly dive deep into it
Understanding of and experience with data architectures (databases, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing)
Strong awareness of code quality and structured, solution-oriented work in fast iteration cycles
Ability to develop solutions independently and support others in their development
Ability to communicate efficiently and on equal footing with various stakeholders – from developers to directors

Responsibilities

Leadership and development of a growing developer team (currently 2 people + freelancers), including technical and disciplinary responsibility
Active contribution to software development with focus on clean, maintainable code
Promotion of further development of team members and support in building new skills
Further development of the Salesforce instance and work on interfaces (e.g., NetSuite ERP, Praxedo, Databricks, API tools, and other systems)
Responsibility for prioritization and on-time delivery in close coordination with Business Operations Team (backlog management in Asana)
Development of scalable solutions in a full-stack environment
Responsibility for code quality, CI/CD, testing strategies
Co-design of data architectures – from classic databases to Data Lakes and warehousing solutions
Translation of business requirements into implementable work packages and functioning software (including Python, SQL, Databricks)
