Committed to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to risk management and innovation in project delivery

Lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with APA’s strategic goals, scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing multidiscipline team of Project Managers and Project Engineers, setting clear expectations, providing mentorship, and driving accountability
Oversee project governance, including scope control, reporting, financial management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency and accountability
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and environmental regulations, driving a Zero Harm culture across all project phases
Ensure seamless commissioning and operational handover activities, meeting or exceeding customer obligations and achieving seamless transition to operations
Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery, leveraging lessons learned and best practices to enhance outcomes
