The Team Lead will lead and manage a small country team of payroll specialists, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. They will collaborate with HR and Finance to align employee data and payroll accounting, and develop/implement payroll policies and controls for regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing payroll data for improvements, providing payroll expertise for LATAM, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing team performance and development.
