Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of relevant manufacturing or operations experience
Physical ability to perform essential functions of the job (independently mobile, interact with computer, communicate with peers)

Responsibilities

Lead daily production team activities including work processes, packaging, LHR review, and other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Prioritize operator assignments in alignment with the build schedule to meet production goals
Serve as the first line of support for production issues, escalating and providing status updates to the supervisor as needed
Coach and mentor operators on assembly techniques, problem-solving, and continuous improvement practices
Assist with technical tasks including machinery setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting
Ensure adherence to Medtronic’s strict quality, safety, and compliance standards
Support inventory management activities and accurate system transactions within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Contribute to process improvement efforts and provide input on adjustments to enhance team effectiveness
Assign tasks, support training, monitor workflow, and resolve issues to keep production moving smoothly
Partner closely with supervisors, coordinators, and quality teams to uphold standards and maintain accuracy in documentation
Promote a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment
