Requirements

Candidates must be a Chartered Accountant with over 8 years of relevant post-qualification work experience. A strong command of MS Excel, high accuracy, organization, and knowledge of US GAAP and IGAAP are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong business partnering, creative thinking, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and in teams are also required. Prior experience with Workday Financial System is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Team Lead, Finance will prepare financial statements, including notes and cash flow statements, according to India GAAP. They will lead statutory audits, review accounts receivables, and prepare and review monthly MIS reports with variance analysis according to US GAAP. Responsibilities also include reviewing key controls, assessing risks, reviewing provisions for doubtful debts, and recognizing revenue as per US GAAP. The role involves reducing manual dependencies through automation, assisting legal, tax, and FP&A teams, and working with business units to launch new products and streamline revenue recognition processes. Additionally, the Team Lead will improve internal processes and policies for transparency and effectiveness and collaborate with leaders to enhance processes and communication.
