Requirements

  • 2–3 years of leadership experience, ideally in dispatching, workforce management, or operational processes
  • Experience in the energy industry is a plus; dynamic, strategic thinking and working style is more important
  • Good understanding of technical processes and knowledge of effectively managing teams
  • Ability to set clear priorities for team and company fit, and take responsibility for structures, processes, and people
  • Fluent in German and business-fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Customer Operations team (4–5 direct reports) both professionally and disciplinarily, and continuously develop the team
  • Act as a link between Dispatching, Operations, Tech, and Business Operation Managers to drive new ideas, tools, and processes forward
  • Responsible for the further development of workforce management, ticketing system, and other relevant tools; identify optimization potentials in processes, structures, and systems
  • Ensure customers are at the center, develop innovative approaches for excellent Customer Care, and sustainably increase customer satisfaction
  • Define Service-Level-Agreements (SLAs) and design comprehensive role and job profiles to build a high-performing, versatile Customer Service team
  • Create a supportive, growth-oriented work environment and take responsibility for the strategic build-up and continuous development of the Dispatching and Customer Care areas
